1.1.4 This event is only open to youths aged 15 to 35 years old as of 31 July 2025.
1.1.5 This event is only open to Singapore Residents.
1.1.6 A minimum of three (3) and maximum of (5) participants are required per team to be eligible for the event.
1.1.7 To participate in the Competition, each group must perform a dance to one (1) song by SB19. Participants are required to use music made available through SB19’s official social media platforms, in compliance with applicable copyright laws.
1.1.8 Participants may either create their own original choreography or submit a creative dance cover as their competition entry

About the Event & Eligibility2.1. DLM Eventive is the event organiser for DAMce Competition, The event is in collaboration with A’TIN Singapore, Urban Central Statements, and Central Korean Dance.2.2.The competition is open to all Singapore residents, regardless of race, nationality, student status, or employment background. However, only residents currently living in Singapore are eligible to join.2.3. The event is only open to youth aged 15 to 35 years old as of 31 July 2025. The terms and conditions herein (including any subsequent amendments) constitute an agreement (“Agreement”) between DLM Eventive and you in relation to your participation to the event.2.4. The organizers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or health issues, including pre-existing medical conditions, that may arise during the competition. Participation is at your own risk.2.5. By proceeding with your participation in the event, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein. If you are below 18 years of age, your parent or legal guardian must consent to your participation in the event and agree to the terms of this Agreement on your behalf. Parents and/or legal guardians are required to complete a consent form if their child or ward is under 18 years of age via a Parental Consent Form. Event participants are to attach the completed consent form in the Registration Form.Rules and Regulations3.1. General3.1.1. Participants must be at least aged 15 and maximum aged 35..3.1.2. Each participating team must consist of a minimum of three (3) and a maximum of five (5) members.3.1.3. This event is open to all nationalities living in Singapore.3.1.4. Participants shall be responsible for all associated costs (including but not limited to travel expenses) which he/she may incur for purposes of his/her participation in the Event.3.1.5. Only one (1) submission per team is allowed.3.1.6. Participants are prohibited from participating in more than one team.3.1.7. Changes of team members after the announcment of finalists is not allowed unless approved by DLM Eventive. An email must be sent to (insert email) stating the reason for change. The change will be subject to approval.3.1.8. All teams must provide a working email address and contact number upon filling up the registration form..3.1.9. Failure to comply with any of the Rules and Regulations in Clause 3 as well as terms and conditions herein will result in disqualification.3.1.10. Decisions made by judges and organisers are deemed final.3.2. Open Registration3.2.1. Teams shall submit a video (“Entry”) via the registration form and in accordance with the requirements as set out in Clauses 3.2.2 to 3.2.5 below.3.2.2. Entry must be made exclusively through Tiktok, Instagram Reel or Facebook Reel links with public permission.3.2.3. Entry must tag Atin Singapore , DLM Eventive & SB19 Official on their submission with the following Hashtags #3.2.4. Video resolution must be a minimum of 1080x1920, full view (no close-ups), with a clear and clean background, Stylized videography is allowed as long as there are no close ups.3.2.5. Entry Should only use 1 SB19 song without any remixes for open registration. Please use the music made available on the respective Social Media Platforms of SB19 in accordance with prevailing copyright laws.3.2.6 Entry can be submitted with a Creative Dance Cover / Original Choreography3.3. Finals3.3.1. Teams are open to perform the same exact choreography or use an original choreography3.3.2. Members of the team must be the same as per their video submission for the preliminary round.3.3.3. Modification (Remix) to the songs will be allowed for finals, only SB19 Songs are allowed to be used..3.3.4. Performance must not exceed 5 Minutes.3.3.5 A penalty of 5 points deduction will be given to team’s score if performance exceeds the duration as set out in Clause 3.3.43.3.6 Creative Dance Cover and Original Choreography is allowed.3.3.6 For Finals, SB19’s single “DAM” should be included in your music.3.4. Performance Guidelines3.4.1. The music used for the performance must be from SB19 only.3.4.2. One week before the Finals, teams are to submit the following:• Audio file of the song(s) that will be used for the performance.
• Declaration if any props will be used.
• A short text introduction of the group (200 characters).

6.1. Cash prizes will be sent to the team leaders of the respective teams via PayNow (linked to their NRIC/FIN number) based on the details provided during registration by 21st April 2025.6.2. All Finalists will have the chance to join and perform during the Pre-show of SB19’s Simula at Wakas World Tour Singapore at Expo Arena.6.3. DLM Eventive and its collaborators shall not be liable or otherwise responsible where a winner fails to successfully redeem any prizes or fails to fulfil the requirements to receive any prizes, for any or no reason.6.4. Prizes are subject to availability and DLM Eventive has the right to substitute any prize for a comparable prize of equal or greater value to be awarded in lieu.General Terms and Conditions7.1. All Event Contestants are required to complete a registration form after posting their video entry to enter the competition. Without prejudice to the foregoing, applications may be rejected by DLM Eventive in the following scenarios: (a) non-compliance by the Event Contestant of any conditions specified at the time of the application; (b) any errors that have been made in connection with the Event Contestant’s application.7.2. Each Event Contestant represents and warrants that:(a) their Entry is their own without the use of AI;
(b) he/she has the exclusive rights to his/her Entry submitted hereunder;
(c) the Entry does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights or interest of any third party or result in any other liability;
(d) their Entry does not contain anything that may be deemed by DLM Eventive to be false, misleading, pornographic, libelous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, sexually explicit, hateful, political, racist, religious, blasphemous, harassing, threatening, or otherwise illegal, offensive or objectionable; and
(e) their Entry shall not solicit funds or include programs that contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs or any other programmes designed to impair the operation and functionality of the Event website or websites linked to the Event website.
7.3. DLM Eventive’s decision on all matters relating to the Event shall be final and binding on all Event Visitors/ Contestants, including without limitation, any decision on the eligibility of any person or cancellation or suspension of the Event, without any obligation to furnish notice and/or reason. No correspondence or appeal will be entertained.7.4. DLM Eventive shall have the right to suspend or end this Event (or any part thereof) or change any terms and conditions herein at any time providing any prior notice, including but not limited to the Event Contestants’ eligibility and Event Date.7.5. As an Event Attendee/ Contestant, you also agree to participate and co-operate with DLM Eventive in all promotional activities relating to this Event, including but not limited to being interviewed, filmed and photographed. You agree to grant DLM Eventive a perpetual, non-exclusive and worldwide license to use such recorded footage and/or photographs of you in all media, including online social networking sites and you agree that you shall not be entitled to the payment of any fee for such use. DLM Eventive shall not be liable for any third party’s misuse of the information provided by you and/or images of you as a result of your participation in this Event.7.6. DLM eventive will collect the Event Contestants’ personal information in order to process the Event Contestants’ registration and participation in the Event, and may, for this purpose, use, process and/or disclose such personal information in accordance with this Agreement and DLM Eventive’s Personal Data Protection Policy. By participating in this Event (or any part thereof), each Event Contestant consents to such collection, use, processing and disclosure of his/her personal information, and represents and warrants that all information provided is true and accurate in all respects.7.9. Event Attendee / Contestants shall be responsible for their personal belongings and/or personal equipment while visiting the Event.7.10. Event Attendee/ Contestants warrant that they shall not cause any damage to the premises and/or Venue.7.11. Event Visitors/ Contestants shall be mindful of other Event Visitors/ Contestants and members of the public within the Venue and in the vicinity of the Venue and shall cooperate with SDC staff to ensure a safe environment for all such Event Visitors/ Contestants and members of the public. Event Visitors/ Contestants shall adhere to all instructions made by SDC staff.7.12. SDC reserves the right to remove from the Event Attendees/ Contestants from the Venue (finals) if DLM Eventive is of the opinion that they are uncooperative, or whose actions and conduct are deemed to be unreasonable and/or detrimental to the enjoyment, well-being and safety of other Event Visitors/ Contestants and members of the public.7.13. If there is any difference between these terms and conditions and the contents of any brochure, marketing and/or promotional material relating to this Event, these terms and conditions will prevail.7.14. No failure by SDC to enforce any provision in this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of the right to subsequently enforce that provision or any other provision of this Agreement. Such failure shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach and shall not constitute a continuing waiver.7.15. The Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 shall not under any circumstances apply to this Agreement and any person who is not a party to this Agreement shall have no right whatsoever to enforce this Agreement or any of its terms.7.16. If any applicable law or a court of competent jurisdiction holds or declares any provision of this Agreement to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable (whether in whole or in part), such provision shall be deemed modified to the extent, but only to the extent, of such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected.7.17. This Agreement (including all subsequent additions or amendments) shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any matter or dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore.
